Apartments 2a and 2b: Ground Floor
The two identical apartments on the ground floor offer the most accommodation, with two bedrooms. They are best for families or a group of friends. Description of each apartment is as follows:
- Two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms.
- Open plan living/dining area (including sofa bed) and separate kitchen.
- The kitchen has a four ring hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.
- Suitable for up to 4 people (2 beds and 1 sofa bed).
- There are two balconies with great views.
- No need to climb any stairs.
- Prices per night: July-August: €120 for 2 people (extra charge of €10 for each guest over 2 guests); May, June, September, October: €95 for 2 people (extra charge of €7.50 for each guest over 2 guests); November-April: €60 for 2 people (extra charge of €5 for each guest over 2 guests).
- Bookings of two weeks or more receive a 10% discount, three weeks or more receive a 15% discount, and bookings of one month or more receive a 20% discount.

Apartments 3a and 3b: First Floor
The two identical apartments on the first floor are very spacious and best for couples wanting plenty of space or a small group of 4 not requiring much privacy. Description of each apartment is as follows:
- One bedroom apartment with a shower room with WC and a separate WC room.
- Spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area (including sofa bed).
- The kitchen has a four ring hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.
- Suitable for up to 4 people (1 bed and 1 sofa bed).
- Accessed via stairs.
- There are two balconies with great views.
- Prices per night: July-August: €110 for 2 people (extra charge of €10 for each guest over 2 guests); May, June, September, October: €85 for 2 people (extra charge of €7.50 for each guest over 2 guests); November-April: €55 for 2 people (extra charge of €5 for each guest over 2 guests).
- Bookings of two weeks or more receive a 10% discount, three weeks or more receive a 15% discount, and bookings of one month or more receive a 20% discount.

Apartments 4a and 4b: Top Floor
The two identical apartments on the top floor are the smallest of the apartments available at Vila Zastani but offer the most outdoor living space and best views because of the roof terrace (good for those who like sunbathing!). They can be rented separately or together (Penthouse) to form a larger two bedroom apartment (ideal for friends who want to holiday together but also want their own space). Description of each apartment is as follows:
- One bedroom, one bathroom apartment.
- Small open plan kitchen, living, and dining area.
- These are small studio loft apartments with height restrictions in some areas, and not recommended for large people, such as those over 183cm/6 foot.
- The small kitchen has a domino hob (two rings), fridge, toaster and kettle.
- Suitable for maximum two people.
- The apartment has access to a large (30sqm) roof terrace offering great views, shared between the two top floor apartments. A curtain is used to divide the terrace down the middle to create some privacy.
- Accessed via stairs.
- Prices per night: July-August: €95; May, June, September, October: €75; November-April: €50.
- Bookings of two weeks or more receive a 10% discount, three weeks or more receive a 15% discount, and bookings of one month or more receive a 20% discount.
